We don’t offer free returns as a way to encourage mindful consumption and care for the environment. However, if something is wrong with your product (it’s damaged or doesn’t fit) we offer a money-back guarantee. Valid for first-time purchases and redeemable up to 30 days after the purchase date. First, buy refills. The barrel will last to infinity and beyond. If damaged, place it in the plastic recycling bin.
Our pens and pencils are also a part of our circular program, agood loop™. You can return your items to us and we will use them to make fresh, new products.
